What Jiang Means

Grades, competition, college anxiety, parental pressure, and institutional scripts can capture attention and make the child play for status instead of growth.
The positive side is harder: teaching should help students think, observe, ask, imagine, and become more fully human. That is why the term belongs near the living school rather than generic education reform.
