## Thesis

Eschatology is treated as a technology of coordination. It captures imagination, supplies a future, rewards believers materially, and lets people cooperate without an explicit conspiracy. From that model Jiang builds a 10-to-20-year forecast: Iran hardens, America overreaches, Dugin's Eurasian plan advances, Catholic and Orthodox projects collide with liberal modernity, and the same apocalyptic convergence points keep pulling geopolitics back to Israel, Islam, Russia, and the ruins of Western strategic time.

## Core Reading

The central move is to stop treating apocalypse as a private belief and start reading it as a public script. A script has roles. A script has momentum. A script lets people coordinate before they have admitted to themselves that they are coordinating. That is why eschatology matters here: not because every believer is a fanatic, but because the fanatics with the most energy can make the story politically real.

Iran is the opening case. If the United States and Israel cannot directly collapse the regime, they can try to make the state look incapable of delivering basic life: water, food, services, legitimacy. But coercion can invert. Infrastructure sabotage meant to break Iran may manufacture the resolve that lets Iran close Hormuz and force the ground war America cannot win.

That near-term Iran scenario becomes the bridge into the longer claim. The next few months matter, but the source is really asking what the next 10 or 20 years look like if the deepest driver is not oil, territory, or formal ideology alone. The thesis is stark: eschatology drives geopolitics.

This is the game-theory hinge. Explicit conspiracy is clumsy: secrecy fails, deniability collapses, ego ruins cooperation. A shared end-times script does something cleaner. It creates unconscious coordination. People can move in the same direction, protect one another, and benefit materially while experiencing the movement as faith, destiny, or vocation.

The caveats matter. Jiang is not saying every religious person believes the extreme version, or that each tradition has only one sequence. He says the extreme versions matter because the most committed actors carry the highest energy. The minority can still write the plot if the majority is inert.

The enemies of this restoration are named as the Anglo-American empire, the nation-state, and modernity itself. That is what makes the claim larger than ordinary religious influence. ### The Empire Without A Future

The final question is why the Anglo-American empire does not respond if Dugin's plan is public. Jiang's answer is not ignorance. It is time horizon. The people who control the empire expect to be dead before the long consequences arrive, so they enjoy what remains instead of preserving what comes after them.
