# Eschatology As Script

## What Jiang Means

Jiang's eschatology lens is not a generic claim that religion causes war. It asks when a sacred story becomes operational. The key move is role assignment: martyr, chosen people, restrainer, Antichrist, remnant, savior, witness, enemy.

The caveat is built in. Jiang says extreme eschatological politics can be a minority position inside a tradition, but in game-theory terms minorities with energy and organization can still move history.
